Randolph Law is a sole member, full service law firm that represents high-tech and other businesses in developing, deploying and protecting their intellectual property.

Chris Shiplett founded Randolph Law in July of 2009. Chris was a successful database developer and software designer prior to entering law school, and has since represented a number of clients in trademark, copyright, and other matters related to online business and software.
